- Motivated to run and build their own long-term business
- Providing advice to a client base, but have limited or no ownership and wish to change this
- Managing a client base, and able to maintain ownership of those clients and transition them in a timely fashion
- Willing and able, if required, to invest in their own business
- Able to jointly invest in a client book with PSK, or to align as the succession Adviser for an existing joint venture business with PSK
